What we provide is separate: the subscription that supplies the stream itself. The player and the service are two different things, and it is worth being clear about which one you are paying for.

Is TiviMate Premium worth it?
If you watch on one device and never record anything, the free version is genuinely enough. Premium earns its cost in two situations: when you use more than one screen, or when you want recordings and a reliable guide.
The honest test is to run the free version for a week first. If you never hit a limit, you have your answer.
Is there a trial?
For the player, the free version is the trial — it has no time limit. For the subscription side, message us and we will set up a short test so you can check stability on your own connection, at your own peak hour, before paying anything.
How to activate TiviMate Premium
- Install TiviMate from the official store on your device — never from an unknown source.
- Open the app and note the device ID shown on screen.
- Purchase Premium through the developer’s official channel and follow their activation prompt.
- Add your playlist details. Watch for stray spaces when pasting — that is the most common cause of a failed login.
- Set the time zone so the programme guide lines up correctly.

Which devices support it?

Before you pay for anything
Measure your connection in the evening between 8pm and 11pm, not at midday. Around 15 Mbps is comfortable for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K — measured on what you actually get at peak, not the headline figure on your contract. You can check with Speedtest.
